One Ride At A Time. Fitness – No longer a chore. I was out cycling last night chasing the sun. It felt great, I had had an extremely stressful day and needed to unwind. One Ride At A Time. The Noise Pt. 2. I received a phone call from the LBS to say my bike was ready to pick up and that they couldn’t hear a noise. So I went along to pick up the bike, my plan was to ride it back to test the bike and myself out. But that was quickly shot down by the wife as my knee hadn’t recovered yet! On the bike rack it went. On a dismal saturday afternoon I decided enough was enough and I had to get out even if it was only an hour. So from now on I know how tight a QR Skewer should be!
