Friday, May 29, 2009. May 29 I went in for an ultrasound biopsy. They numb the area and then put a needle in your body to take samples of the suspect tissue. I was very nervous, but it was not as bad as I had imagined. When they take the sample it sounds like a stapler. Or maybe an ear piercing. This paragraph not for the faint: Because there were two spots, and they were hoping to just do one incision, they had to put the needle in pretty far. When they took the first sample of the 2nd spot I JUMPED!

Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Check this out and keep your October open! So it's been just over a week since my surgery. I could go on and on. or I could summarize it in one word: OUCH. I was in the hospital for 3 nights. Because I had had problems with pain meds (good Mormon girl = narcotics overdose first night. ha! I am still in constant pain - but it's usually a much lower level. Unless I cough. Pray for no coughing! But I was tired. Kudos to Rob who has been AMAZING! Wednesday, January 20, 2010.

Thursday, April 29, 2010. Though I tried oxycodone a couple times (hoping to fall in a drug-induced good night's sleep) I was also trying to wean myself off the stuff. I wasn't taking it very often, but regularly enough I felt like it was time to cut the cord. April 30, 2010 at 7:55 AM. Sounds like a crazy time with your body. I have rls in my hip and it drives me crazy but luckly for me extra pressure on my hip helps sometimes. It is diffantly horomone related for me. NOT FUN. April 30, 2010 at 8:32 PM.
