Mariana C. Gonzalez (Nani). August 2nd, 2012. Today is been week since the surgery. We are happy to say that we are getting back to normal. Mom is here and the girls are having a great time with her. Nani is doing great! She sometimes has pain. But, all in all she is doing very well. Best of all, no seizures for a week. It's too early to reach conclusions, but, we are positive and hoping that she keeps up this way. Thank you, truly, thank you for all the prayers. A few recent photos. July 29th, 2012.

Mariana C. Gonzalez (Nani). July 26th, 2012. A few updates, Nani is doing OK. Her surgery went without a hitch. The doctors did what they planned to do all along and other than a little blood loss everything came out great. True, Nani is sore and we passed a wonderful family evening in the ICU, but, nothing that a few hours of sleep can not address. Tags: epilepsy - brain surgery. 2012-07-26 09:22 pm (UTC). Alex M. Mariana C. Gonzalez (Nani). July 25th, 2012. Today is the day.we have been all day in waiting mode. Nani is currently in the OR and so far everything is going according to plan (we have received several calls from inside the OR and her Neurologist has visited with us). Mariana C. Gonzalez (Nani). First, a little history. July 16th, 2012. Surgery is schedule for July 25 at the Miami Childrens Hospital. We have family coming to help us. We know we can also count on our friends for help, and believe me, we will need it. But, right now what we need is all the prayers Nani can get.
