Zur Massage bin ich gekommen, da in der heutigen Zeit der Stress und Druck enorm hoch ist und stetig steigt und dadurch der Körper wie auch die Seele dabei vergessen werden. Da ich selber sportlich bin, machte ich eine Ausbildung in Klassischermassage und besuchte verschiedene Kurse in Sportmassage. Die Hotstone Massage hat mich zur Regeneration und Entspannung gebracht.
