New country, new adventures. February 19, 2015. We are so thrilled to welcome our new daughter Hadley Emelia into our family! She is so sweet and calm and we look forward to many happy moments with her. She was born Monday January 12, 2012 via scheduled c-section at 4:14pm. She weighted 6lbs 7 oz and was 20 1/2 inches long. Eric and I, and many family members, had once again guessed boy and larger than Annabel (she was 7 lbs, 7 oz), but we were wrong. Check out the umbilical cord. Amazing. Nkle, T i.

The above picture is the top part of the kit and involves such goodies as my occluder, horizontal and vertical prisms, and (my personal favorite) an eye patch. And this is the wonderful extraordinary lower layer of my kit and has all of my lenses and my trial frames which I am modeling along with my tie-dye shirt. I must admit that: 1.) I look excellent and 2.) that normally there's no Styrofoam around the trial frames. Two Needles in a Hayestack.

For some reason this makes me think of books that Harry Potter would have to get for school, but unfortunately no wizardry in my classes. September 10, 2011 at 10:46 AM. New country, new adventures. August 19, 2013. Going to The Lake is a big thing around here. Oftentimes church is near empty in the summer because everyone is at The Lake. This past weekend, we got a chance to go with Eric's co-worker to their family cabin on Emma Lake, which is a little over 2 hours north of Saskatoon. The main beach was packed on such a beautiful day. Eric and Bill went to watch the Rider game. Annabel took a nap and I got to sit on this porch and read a magazine! Links to this post.

Sunday, July 19, 2015. Where is this summer going? Mid July already- ugh! I didn't pick up my big camera, so here are some iPhone photos. Buddy'sports sampler class started t-ball last week. It's fun to watch him practice batting! Derek lost his wedding ring at a job site last Friday. He spent two hours that night searching the area with a metal detector and came up empty handed. He was back at the site on Wednesday for work and decided to take another peek. He found his ring! 5 days after losing it!
