February 17, 2014. Ben's been away for a week now and staying busy helps the time go a little faster. Elizabeth, Paisley and I had a fun girls' night on Valentine's Day full of pizza, sparkling cider, brownies and all the gushy, girly movies we could handle. May 22, 2015. In search of an easy way to return to blogging, I remembered about Five Minute Friday. So here we go-the word is rise. Immediately I think of the new schedule I've been adjusting to since I went back to work in January. Rise to me means 4:00 am alarm clocks, sleep-deprived pumping session and getting ready while Ben and Carson snooze. Leaving for work at 6:00 am takes a lot of planning and self-motivation. Not things I always exemplify. But it's been good to have a structure. Life: à la mode.
