Chicken breast drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, salt and peppered, topped with sliced plum tomatoes. Then wrap the chicken in bacon slices.(the bacon was baked in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes and drained before being wrapped around the chicken bundles) Then bake uncovered for 27 minutes until cooked through. 1 tablespoon...

I created this blog to have another place to ramble about cooking, kids and life. Monday, March 30, 2009. My uncle has not been feeling well and that inspired me to cook up some comfort food. I found this recipe through the Barilla Pasta website. It is involved but it is definitely worth the effort. This was my first time making this particular dish, but it is already a new favorite :). Fresh Spinach.and of course onion. Doing it's thing in extra virgin olive oil. Sauce coming together.so fantastic!
