Tuesday, 27 April 2010. Today I made Hainanese chicken rice, with ready made mix out of a jar with boiled chicken mixed in a combination of soy sauce, sesame oil and ground black pepper. There were also ready made fried fish balls that were thrown into the rice pot to steam for a little while. Yesterday I made pan-fried salmon steaks with rice and a fried egg. I watched a movie yesterday which involved a member of a triad sticking a shovel into someone's forearm and effectively severing it. My question is, how easy is it to amputate someone's limbs?
