Bandmill carriage 65 drawings in PDF format. This four post band mill carriage can cut up to 29 inches in diameter and requires a minimum nine horse Honda engine. All drawings are included to build this carriage. A small amount of machining is required. The tracks for the carriage to run on are not included in this design however they are very simple to build, you ll need two pieces of angle iron and a straight flat surface to mount them. Tuesday, September 7, 2010. Fortunately Hurricane Earl 'passed us by' - it didn't even rain. That's OK though, thanks to our dockmaster, Hugh McLawhorn, as well as some other vigilant and helpful local boaters, we were well positioned to protect the marina and the boats with an established 'Hurricane Plan' put in place over the summer. Being 15 miles up the Cape Fear River has its advantages. We don't get the surge, wave action or flooding, but its always better to be prepared. Posted by Dave Spetrino, Jr.
