Nai Yang Beach is part of the Sirinath National Park and forms a two-kilometer long sandy strip along a gently curved bay. There is not much infrastructure around there, but Nai Yang Beach is a beautiful area for a beachside picnic under big old casuarina trees. The older and lower Sarasin Bridge was built in 1967, spanning 600 m over the Pak Prah strait connecting Phang Nga Province with Phuket Island. After its renovation in 2011 its middle section was raised, it received a sightseeing tower and was converted into a pedestrian promenade. Coming here in the evening you can watch the sunset and enjoy a snack from one of the local food stands.
