SCGAP-UESC: LC and BC representation in prostate cDNA libraries
http://scgap.systemsbiology.net/resources/LC_BC_representation.php
SCGAP-UESC: LC and BC representation in prostate cDNA libraries. Luminal and basal cells. Luminal cell and basal cell representation in prostate cDNA libraries. The luminal and basal cell genes are placed by their cluster ID number. The various cDNA libraries are identified on the top of the grid pattern. Presence in a particular library is indicated by colored boxes: black for normal. Red for primary carcinoma. Light orange for primary carcinoma invasive. Lavender for xenografts and cancer cell lines.

MISFISHIE
http://scgap.systemsbiology.net/standards/misfishie
Luminal and basal cells. Minimum Information Specification For In Situ Hybridization and Immunohistochemistry Experiments (MISFISHIE). There is now a MISFISHIE Working Group. Within the MGED Society. Which will provide a permanent home to this developing standard. We welcome all feedback from the community; information about how to join the discussion list can be found at the MISFISHIE Working Group website. This specification details the minimum information that should be provided when publishing, makin...

SCGAP Urologic Epithelial Stem Cells Project
http://scgap.systemsbiology.net/project_description.php
SCGAP Urologic Epithelial Stem Cells Project. Luminal and basal cells. Project Description with Specific Aims. Aim 1 To CD phenotype human prostate and bladder at high resolution with the use of confocal microscopy. Aim 2 To CD phenotype the mouse prostate and bladder. Aim 3 To profile more samples of basal and of stromal cells using uncultured cells. Aim 4 To confirm cell-type specific expression of genes that we identified by array analysis. A second component will contain array analysis results (obtai...

SCGAP UESC Data Access
http://scgap.systemsbiology.net/standards
SCGAP UESC Data Access. Luminal and basal cells. To this end, we have adopted MAGE-OM/ML and MIAME. As the most suitable standards for microarray data. We are currently developing a standard for Immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, and other gene expression localization experiments called MISFISHIE. SCGAP UESC - ISB / UW.
