Well, my life is about to change drastically once again and once again, I am going to be loading up my house and traveling down the interstate. I dearly love teaching, but have found my self toying with the idea of another type of career.and after much prayer and many sleepless nights, I am taking the plunge. To where/what you might ask? So, y'all say a little prayer that the thing between my ears still works!

She's recently learned how to roll from her back to her tummy and back again onto her tummy-pretty exciting for us first-time parents:). We're trying out rice cereal.so far she hasn't been too impressed. We get more on our face and clothes than in our tummy! I think it's more of a change of texture for her to get used to.

She had another follow-up appointment for her hips on Monday and the results were a great birthday present to mommy! Here are a bunch of pictures from the weekend! Grandma Prins celebrates her birthday the same week as Mara! Tearing into her lady bug birthday cake! I'm a pro @ this:). She wanted her costume on @ noon already and had a lot of fun showing off her wings! As you can see, it was fairly nice weather out, so we could walk to the neighbors and spend time with friends. On Sunday, April 19th, we had Mara's baptism at First Christian Reformed Church where we attend. She was 1 month old and it was Grandpa and Grandma Prins' 36th wedding anniversary! When Mara was about 7 weeks old we had to get an ultrasound taken of her hips because of the breech position she was in at (and before) birth. They require an ultrasound for all breech babies to make sure their hips are forming correctly and that there isn't any permanent damage.
