Applied Survey Research - School Readiness Assessment Data Entry System
Set Up New Account. In 2000, Applied Survey Research (ASR) developed the Kindergarten Observation Form (KOF) to measure children’s school readiness skills at entry into kindergarten. The KOF is completed by teachers who assess children’s proficiency on 24 skills. It is primarily an observation-based tool, with a small number of interactive skill assessments. ASR is now offering an online data entry system for partners who are using the KOF to measure readiness in their communities.
