April 8, 2010. Finally getting a chance to get outa the box and play outdoors. Love this season except for the pollen which I think I am reacting pretty well compared to last year. February 19, 2010. Death by 10 Meters – 18 Rounds. I think I was a feet short. But last time we did this I was a good 10 m short. So I am very happy also considering this was my 4th day on. Looking forward to a nice rest day on Saturday. 5-5-5 – 185-185-225. 3-3-3-3-3 – 75-75-90(f)-85-85. 5-5-5 – 105-115(spot)-105 (PR). 5 Rounds – 12:36 (Positive I ended up doing 6 rounds) @ 1 Pood. 20 KB Swings (1.5/1). 10 Jumping Lunges (5 each leg). AMRAP 15 Minutes – 5 25 @ 20# SPress, 65#HSC. 15 Box Jumps (24/20).

Oly-Lifting Starteth (Power, Speed, Flexibility). March 2, 2010. Full Squat Clean – 145(PR). 500m Row – 1:46/1:50/1:48. Form was decent on the 135, a little sloppy on the 145. I love the cleans, it is as technical as a lift can get (not counting the Snatch ofcourse). Friday Feb26 2010 – Restday. Looks like some brutal workout. Glad it was my rest day, the last time I did soo many DLs in a workout I was almost out of commission for a week. Tabata Fight Gone Bad. 8211; 296 Rxd(Started with Box-jumps).

I think I miscalculated the weight on my PP yesterday. Should have been 115 instead of 125. Tuesday Feb23 2010 – REST Day. 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 – 135-135-185-185-205-205. 3 Rounds – 12:40 @ 35, 35, 65 HSS. 15 Hang Squat Snatches (75/45). DT – 14:14 min @ 85#. 9 Hang Power Clean. Saturday Feb20 2010 – REST Day. Filed in WODs @ PCF. On Week gone by.

The month to follow from India? December 4, 2009. I am flying to India today. Too bad there are no Crossfits in my hometown. I think there are only like 2 Crossfits in whole of India (both in the Northern India). But I will try to do CF style WODs whenever I get a chance. Winters is usually the best time to visit India, especially southern parts. Temperature floats around 40-60 F and still has a good amount of day light unlike here in the US. Lets see how this goes, pretty excited! Filed in WODs @ PCF.
