Autumn and Charlie moved into a new home right across the street from a park and gated pool so we headed out to see their new place and celebrate cousin Kailey's 7th birthday. July 13, 2013. We got to our seats right before the The National Anthem was being sung. It was a treat seeing the huge flag being unrolled and held by so many people so that it never touched the ground. Links to this post. Safari Park and Zoo Part 2. January 4, 2014. When we took the boys to get their hair cut for summer and for football we told the barber we wanted it cut really short. He asked, "Skin Tight"? Of course we thought, if that's what "short" meant in barber's lingo. Well.it actually wasn't "short" in our terms by any means, and we learned the true meaning of "skin tight". Ha ha ha ha! Then there were FOUR. May 15, 2015. Happy (late blogging- just trying to get caught up) Easter! We spent Easter up in St. George this year. The weather was awesome and the company wasn't too bad either. Grandma and Miles dyed Easter eggs the night before Easter. He woke up with pink eye Sunday Morning. I am grateful for modern medicine. Then there were FOUR. June 13, 2015. The Fire Department had a family day and now Miles wants to go back to the fire station all the time. Little does he know, its not always this fun! They had fun little stations for all the kids to play at. They did things like:. Have the kids to crawl out of a smokey house. You know everyday things :). The boys had a great time pulling the hose. We got to ride in the firetruck "code red" and talk to each other on the radio. Miles was SOAKED head to toe! I am infertile...

Then there were FOUR. June 13, 2015. Fathers and Sons Campout. Romney and Miles went to the Fathers and Sons Campout with our church. All the dads and all the boys pack up and head out for one night. I have been uncomfortable with Miles going until this year. He is potty trained, older and can follow directions (kind of. he IS three. Miles had been so excited all week to go with HIS daddy. I was so happy to see him so excited loaded up in the car but I was sad when they drove away. I already missed them.

Then there were FOUR. February 15, 2015. This year for Valentines Day we went A L L O U T. Actually, we went to IHOP with our cool, fun friends. That's right, our Valentines Day was spent on a double date sharing pancakes al la carte with Rachel and Jake. AND IT WAS AWESOME. To top off our super romantic dinner we were supposed to go bowling. Yes, you read that correctly, we were going to go bowling on our double date for Valentines. But, apparently it was league night til 9:45. I had never heard of it.
