What is it?

SDMS is an open-source system that allows you to store any document in a database via a bunch of webpages. That was the short description, now comes the long one. SDMS uses PHP to provide you with a pretty interface to a MySQL server that allows you to store and retrieve documents and to share those documents between users. In addition, the system uses ACL (Access Control Lists) to grant access rights to documents on a per-user basis. So what is all this good for? 2000 - 2006 Cafuego.

So, what does the system actually look like? Does it use MS Comic Sans as font? The document info screen (30 Kb). This page is the main interface to your document. Depending on your access rights you can edit the document, edit the document's ACL, delete the document, or just download the document. The document edit screen (33 Kb). If you have GOD mode access to a document, you can edit a few properties such as description, author and maintainer on this page. The ACL modification screen (22 Kb).
