The first step was to draw a very high tech outline (permanent marker) on the blade as my benchmark, then remove the metal and reprofile as needed. In the third picture, you can see me removing the majority of the metal. Once the basic profile had been ground, it was time to get technical. While time consuming (thanks so much for being patient!
