It wasn’t easy, but I made it through the first month of the Insanity workout. It took five weeks to complete the four week program, but at least I finished. Reminds me of college where it took 5 years to get a four-year degree. Next up is the week-long Core Cardio and Balance CD, then it is on to month two. This entry was posted in Insanity.
