Friday, May 18, 2012. 1 cup Plain Oats ( Used Quaker whole grain ). 1 cup veggies(carrot, onions, capsicum, beans.). 1 tsp chana dal. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds. 1 tsp ginger( finely chopped). 1 tbs cashews (optional). 1 Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
