Régóta ígérgettük Jácintéknak, és most találkoztunk először Amerikában átélt kalandjaim óta, úgyhogy stílusosan egy amerikai kedvenccel készültünk a pénteki BANG! 16 szelethez (vagy 2-höz, méret kérdése):. 1 3/4 bögre darált keksz (ha profi Graham keksszel nem rendelkezel, Amerikába látogató ismerősök csekély beszállítói hajlandósága miatt, akkor a Győri édes sima mézes változata is megteszi. Ez a mennyiség 40 dkg-os zacskónak kb. 3/4-e). 1 tasak vaníliás cukor.

Egy nagyon rossz ebédért kárpótoltam magamat ezzel a kis könnyű, gyorsan elkészíthető finomsággal. 12 dkg cukor (a recept 15-öt ír, én 10-et raktam, de kevésnek tűnt, ezért lődd be a kettő közé). 1,5 dl olaj. 1,5 dl tej. 4 barack - őszi és/nektarin (és konzervet használtam, 7 db kapitális félbarackot tettem bele). Melegítsd elő a sütőt 180 fokra (alsó-felső sütés)! Mérd le a lisztet, a közepébe keverd el a sütőport, és tegyél bele egy nagyon pici sót! Süsd, ameddig jónak láto...

2011 március 19., szombat. Közkívánatra a titkos Gofri receptemmel - mely valójában Keresztmamámtól származik, aki saját családi sütődét üzemeltet (klassz, mi? Folytatom a blogot. A másik oka annak, hogy ma ezt készítettem, hogy Daninak már egy hete fájt rá a foga, és mivel tegnap meglepett 3 fantasztikus Hello Kitty zoknival, úgy gondoltam ez a legkevesebb, amit megérdemel. 12 dkg margarin (2 csík a csomagolásról, meg még egy kevés). 1 tasak vaníliás cukor. Mérd le a lisztet! Keverd össze az ujjaddal!

As always, the recipe is very simple, managable with great outcome for those too who lack all cooking skills, without turning the kitchen into a battlefield. Today's recipe is a muffin with only the best on Earth: Nutella, nut and raisins, and a little bit of rum. Ingredients for 12 muffins:. 7 dkg sugar (original recipe halved). 15 dkg butter (unsalted). 1 small packet of baking powder. 10 dkg nut (not salted! 3 tablespoons of rum (Stroh is pretty good).
