Wednesday, March 18, 2009. The Sunbeams were in charge of closing exercises a couple weeks ago. Bennett was asked to give a talk and memorize the Third Article of Faith. Each week the class in charge is responsible for leading the article for the month, and Bennett's teacher asked the class to learn it. Adam was so that parent, as he tried to inconspicuously film it from the back of the room! I do have to say, I was so proud at that moment! It was too cute and I felt like a good mom! Friday, May 29, 2009. Charlie Grace was born on May 27th (only 10 days late! And she was 7lbs. 12 ozs. and 20.5 inches long.i think. Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Bennett just adores his sister! And can you tell that the feeling is mutual! Can I just start by saying YUM! My friend set up a tour of Great Harvest Bread Co. our the kids. It was a lot of fun! First they learned a bit about the ingredients and machines used to make the breads. Then they each got a little piece of dough to shape that was then baked in the hugest oven that I had ever seen! It holds something like 500 loaves of bread at a time! Read The Red Hen.
