Schiver's Blog of Annoyances (and other stuff). The rantings of a twenty-something IT guy from Pennsylvania. I'm a 25-year-old Penn State IST grad and I spend most of my time working, playing video games, drinking, hanging out with my fiancee, or a combination of those things. When I'm not doing that, I'm watching TV, playing hockey, or playing with my dog Jack, or my cat Neville. Yes, those are all run-on sentences, which is why I wasn't an English major in college. But wouldn't it be a delicious location to do traditional with a twist? Friday, December 19, 2008. I'm so excited that it's ridiculous. No. It's full on redonculous. There is little to be done for it at this point. Christmas, you say?

Suffering Love: Bye, bye land of make-believe
http://sufferinglove.blogspot.com/2009/06/bye-bye-land-of-make-believe.html
Tuesday, June 2, 2009. Bye, bye land of make-believe. It's starting to get real. Really real. And. uhm. Theoretical wedding planning world is a pretty un-stressful place to be. There are no worries in happy, fluffy cloud world. Hell, we can have flippin unicorns as our ring-bearers! We can have peonies in July! I can magically look beautiful in a sheath dress! So here's the list of things I wanted to have taken care of by June:. 1 Lose 15 pounds. 2 have brilliant, creative wedding theme. 3 decide on venue.

Suffering Love: May 2009
http://sufferinglove.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 27, 2009. One of the things that's really important to both Boy and I are our friends. We are lucky to share an awesome group of friends gathered through high school, college, and our current lives. So when we were building our wedding party. it was a little bit of a challenge. There were also those single and mostly male awesome friends who are all equally important to us. Gigantor wedding party. That's how we roll. It'll be half college party style with contests and prizes. We are so...

Suffering Love: March 2009
http://sufferinglove.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Sorry, that was corny. I've completely fallen in love with Ranunculus, yet another flower that I cannot have (without big cost) for my wedding. Since I'm still thinking about arranging flowers myself, I need to start reseraching what will be in season for my wedding. Have a flower plan made and in hand for this July 4th weekend, so I can try out the options with what is really available at my local wholesaler. So according to this. At least the ones I like). I can't believe that ...

Suffering Love: We've been busy....
http://sufferinglove.blogspot.com/2009/07/weve-been-busy.html
Monday, July 13, 2009. Oh yes, it's been a long time. But it's been a busy time too. The wedding is officially less than a year away, and things are definitely getting real. The first real thing that Boy and I did was take engagement pictures! We also had our long-awaited gathering of our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and ushers. It was awesome. I had some girls really step up and I felt like everyone got to know one another much better, which is what I was going for in the first place! See, some of the achiev...
