So the other day I was giving Kaitlyn a list of jobs she had to do and as she was about to let out a whine I stopped her with "well, everyday can't be a party." She replied with, "Why not"? Wednesday, July 27, 2011. We all were so looking forward to our Lake Powell trip this year, and it didn't disappoint. I think all of my family agreed that it was our favorite trip. It was just a blast. I won't go on and on and on about it, because my kids are actually still talking about it. I guess the stars aligned and it was JUST PLAIN FUN! This is a picture of our crew (minus the 3 that had to leave early). We loved when Payton did the "sheek" look. Julie LOVED the food! And Geoff is hilarious!

I have always wanted to get into cycling. I see people biking all over, and it made me want to do it. The bike I owned was a 16 year old mountain bike. Well, I asked for a new one, and Jay got it for me! Hey, you just never know! Sometimes all you need is a little coaxing, and you just might win! I love biking too! Congrats on your race!
