Snow, Ice, Wind, and Blisters. Let the Recruiting Begin! And We’re Off! On: 14 November 2009. In: Great Running Day. We set out for our 40-minute run. When we run towards DC to start on this trail, we start out downhill. Which is great because you make great time on your trip out. But the downhill slope is SO gradual that you don’t feel it. Snow, Ice, Wind, and Blisters. On: 5 May 2010. Yes, yes I know, I ‘ve fallen off the face of the earth. Well I completed Marathon #5 since I last blogged. It was a tough season due to tons and tons of snow, but I did it. Fall season starts next week and I have a goal for the Marine Corps Marathon. I want to finish within an hour of my BRF Betsy. 8216;s PR time of 4:38:23. That means I have to shave just over 5 minutes off of my own PR. I think I can do it! Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
