Palo Cedro Wine and Food Festival. Palo Cedro Wine and Food Festival. Welcome to northern California's newest wine based event. Our second annual Festival will be held at the Bishop Quinn complex in Palo Cedro on May 13, 2017. The hours of the event are 4:00pm to 8:00pm. All proceeds from this event wil be used to sponsor workshops and trainings for SCVA and community members. Proceeds will also benefit the Shasta Farm Bureau Scholarship Program (2018).
