The food photo blog of a chef at Caprice. 名人坊 Celebrity Cuisine *. Pan fried "pudding" of turnip (mediocre). Over steamed har gau (fail). Not crispy and not glutenous "brined" dumplings. Crispy "ravioli" of crab (good). Crispy baby (5cm) pigeons (very good). Fish heads pot roasted with garlic and scallions (good). Croquette" with shitake, water chestnuts with toast stuck on the bottom (mediocre). Apparently they have good fried rice which we didn't try. My rating scale, purely based on food.

Pretty creamy interior, the sweetbreads were fresh not frozen (better texture). Tagliolini with fresh lobster and baby zucchini. Tagliatelle with “pata negra” pork ragout and wild fennel. Risotto with black winter truffle and topinambour. Burrata Cheese Ravioli, black olive, eggplant sauce, “datterino” tomato. Pina Colada gelato with fruit salad.
