Eponymous 4 returns again! July 14, 2012. The last item posted on this site dates back to Dec. 2, 2011, right before a pretty big event in my life — I got a new job and moved from Austin to Seattle. Of course, that kind of disruption takes a while to settle down, and it didn’t help matters to perform a few upgrades to the studio computer. That alone took a few weeks to resolve. A Ghost in My Shadow. Risk (Wait and See). Beat of the Heart. At the time I wrote my earliest songs, I thought I would love them forever. I didn’t realize I would forget them so easily. But the were preserved on staff paper, yellowed and stained after two decades of neglect. And the ideas therein belie the youth of the hand that wrote them.
