Sunday, December 17, 2006. The Hills Are Alive (with the sound of kitch). Over the river, through the mountains and snow we traveled yesterday to a small town named Leavenworth. It's styled after the old Bavarian villages. All of the store fronts and fonts on the signs and such. You could practically add "Ye Olde" to most signs and it would have been totally appropriate. But we weren't the only ones with this quaint little plan. This lil' burg was SWARMING with people! I hope I am actually very wrong).

It feels like every time I post something on here I'm playing catch-up, and more often than not, letting pictures do the talking for me. So why bother? I guess the inner-writer in me keeps me compelled to continue. I guess I feel like it's not worth posting unless I've done something post-worthy, and being on the job hunt trying to not go anywhere or spend money tends to lead to rather uneventful times. Friday, December 21, 2007. It's been a while since I posted. The job hunt has not been going well. All I've been able to come up with is a job at the airp0rt, selling CDs. The pay isn't great and the hours suck. And while all of my friends are going home for the holidays and taking trips to the beach, I'm stuck here working on both Christmas Eve and Day.
