http://myinner-i.blogspot.com/2011/09/my-writing-soundtracks-er-playlists.html
I'm a reader and a writer, and so much more. Come, take a look 'Inside My Mind! Wednesday, September 28, 2011. My Writing Soundtracks. Er, Playlists. Typically when I’m writing I have some kind of music playing in the background. Sometimes I’m hitting up the soundtracks of Rent, Lord of the Rings,. Or even my most recent addition of Disney’s Rio. Whether its Evanescence’s My Immortal. Which ironically I don’t often listen to when I’m working on Immortals. The Killers’ Human. Or Candle (Sick and Tired).

Inside My Mind: Taking the Paranormal in to the Everyday
http://myinner-i.blogspot.com/2011/10/taking-paranormal-in-to-everyday.html
I'm a reader and a writer, and so much more. Come, take a look 'Inside My Mind! Wednesday, October 5, 2011. Taking the Paranormal in to the Everyday. You wake up in the morning and it feels like you have balls of cotton shoved in your ears – you can hear, some sounds even seem amplified, but everything has that muffled quality that you’d hear through a door or wall. When you pry your eyelids open the light is blinding to you, even as the gritt in your eyes rubs like sandpaper on the sensitive tissue.

I'm a reader and a writer, and so much more. Come, take a look 'Inside My Mind! Wednesday, November 23, 2011. Working Through the Tough Spots. You’ve been working on a story for weeks, months, or even years. It’s going great and though you began with a pretty clear-cut plan, you’ve been relatively happy to allow your characters and their story a bit of leeway to make some interesting plot turns. Now you’ve hit that point in the story where you, as the writer, stumble. So how do you get through it? Genera...

Find it, Faster. Come and Find Me. Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Wondrous Strange by Lesley Livingston. Genres: YA, fiction, urban fantasy. This is Lesley's first novel, but hopefully not her last since it doesn't look like Sonny and Kelley's story is quite finished. There's no news of a sequel on her site yet, but I'm fervently wishing for one. You can also find Livingston in the anthology. Misspelled which was released last year and is edited by Julie E. Czerneda. Gate on Halloween night and the Nine-Nig...

Otherwhere Book Reviews: Ghost Ocean
http://otherwherereviews.blogspot.com/2009/06/ghost-ocean.html
Find it, Faster. Come and Find Me. Tuesday, June 23, 2009. Ghost Ocean by S.M. Peters. Format: mm pbk., 479 pages. Genres: fiction, dark fantasy, urban fantasy, supernatural horror. You may have noticed that a link to the author's website is missing, and that's because I couldn't find one. Apparently he lives in the wilds of British Columbia, Canada somewhere and has no internet access? That I must now go digging for. Is it even really up to her once the Man in the Empty Chair exerts his will? My first l...

Find it, Faster. Come and Find Me. Friday, February 27, 2009. Dream Warrior by Sherrilyn Kenyon. Published by St. Martin's Press. Format: mm pbk., 314 pages. Genres: fiction, paranormal romance, urban fantasy. I have a problem with the way the Dream-Hunter. 160;novels are marketed as being separate from the Dark-Hunter. 160;series. A lot of fans now think they can skip these books if they're just into the Dark-Hunters and that's not exactly true. The first two, The Dream Hunter. A Mercy Thompson Novel.
