At the time I had no idea what I was going to write and no ideas for a story. I was driving past the fire house near where I live on my way to an appointment and I saw the firemen getting ready for a call. As I passed, part of the idea for Redemption by Fire sprang into my head. The rest of it came from listening to the soundtrack for the musical Wicked.
