I mean I know it's probably listed on my insurance policy docs but over £20 just for some intern to switch a PC on and press a few buttons, print out some paper and put it in the post hardly warrants a £20 charge does it? Still annoyed with esure - my insurance company that they charge so much for something so simple as a change of address on an insurance policy, I can't do anything about it though until Setember when I change companies. Which I will do out of principle. Apart from that the sun is shining, the canwick roadworks are finished and life in Lincoln is sweet. I can't remember the last time I was this happy.
