http://ourlifegodhands.blogspot.com/2014/02/our-current-discipline-system.html
Tuesday, February 4, 2014. Our NEW Discipline System. You may have found my LAST. Discipline system on Pinterest because it's been pinned over 1,200 times. I was really in shock that it has so many pins! My hope is that it's training children in the way they should go, and helping moms keep their sanity :). It's time to update you on our current discipline system, and I think your going to like this one even better than before. A star dry-erase chart. I give my boys stars for doing good things. However, ...

Country Charm: May 2015
http://ourlifegodhands.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 24, 2015. Springtime around our Home. Some views from around our home. I love this front porch. It is so peaceful. Green grass, bushes that have gained color, and new sprouts are all a sign that Spring is really here. My boys picked this hanging basket for Mother's Day for me. It is beautiful. A freshly tilled garden. It looks much different now. I will have to take some new pictures and show you how much it has grown. A sign that summer is coming! Flowers, and flags. Saturday, May 16, 2015.

Country Charm: Confidence Booster in Sports
http://ourlifegodhands.blogspot.com/2015/07/confidence-booster-in-sports.html
Wednesday, July 8, 2015. Confidence Booster in Sports. I would say we all struggle from time to time to keep our confidence up. Our oldest son, has always needed more reassurance compared to his younger brother. He needs that "you've got it" words of wisdom on a daily basis to feel confident in his decisions and actions. We thought baseball may help build his confidence and self - esteem so we tried it out this year. After it was finished he said "That wasn't so bad! 3 It's ok to loose. Part of his l...

Country Charm: Keeper of the Home
http://ourlifegodhands.blogspot.com/2015/07/keeper-of-home.html
Monday, July 20, 2015. Keeper of the Home. God calls us as wives, and mothers to be the keeper of the home. What does that look like to you? What do you think it means? Do you take on this job seriously? I do my best to be the keeper of our home. Whether you stay at home, or work away from the home I believe us as women should be the keeper of the home. Everyone's home is filled with different atmosphere and different aspects. But we all have this duty within us to fulfill. To me it means. He is happy th...

Country Charm: Pros/Cons of Country Living
http://ourlifegodhands.blogspot.com/2012/08/proscons-of-country-living.html
Friday, August 24, 2012. Pros/Cons of Country Living. I thought I would share a little about how we moved from the "subdivision" life to the "country". Our old house - Halloween Night 2011). When Kevin and I got married in 2007 we moved to the city where he grew up and rented a house in a subdivision with intentions on soon buying the house. I seemed to like this life but there were the cons and the pros to it just like the country life has it's ups and downs. Note that this is my personal opinion :).

Saturday, December 15, 2012. Holiday Home Tour 2012. I'm linking up with Kelly's Korner. For Home Tours that include your Christmas decor. I am normally on the ball about getting this post up, but this year has been different. The boys are busy busy and it's rare to have my house in tip top shape. But while they were napping, I got it together to take a few pictures :). When you come in the front door (which we don't really use) you enter into the living room/kitchen which is wide open. Beautiful.you...

Country Charm: Spending Time
http://ourlifegodhands.blogspot.com/2015/07/spending-time.html
Tuesday, July 28, 2015. We didn't do a vacation this year. I knew pregnancy and Kevin's schedule was too much to juggle around a vacation. So we took a few small "fun trips" together to make memories. One was riding on a little river boat. We had a great time together and learned a lot. Kevin taught us all something about driving the boats. My boys are still talking about the trip. They really enjoyed it! Teresa @ Simply Farmhouse. Hello Stacy, How are you feeling? Thinking of you today.

Country Charm: Happy Fourth America
http://ourlifegodhands.blogspot.com/2015/07/happy-fourth-america.html
Friday, July 3, 2015. I am so thankful for this holiday. A day to put all worries aside, and just be thankful. We have had MANY rainy days this past week. The boys want to be playing outside, but instead we are snuggled up in the house working on things to be ready for school. I have cleaned the house really good, and starting to purge things. Cleaning out the attic and things we don't use feels good. Hope you're fourth is fun! My baby when he was just 1 year. Now he is six. Time is flying by.

Country Charm: Keeping Chickens
http://ourlifegodhands.blogspot.com/2015/06/keeping-chickens.html
Friday, June 12, 2015. We have raised chickens for 5 years now. We have learned so much throughout the years. It took us 3 years to finally have a good, safe place for them. That is really the most important aspect of raising chickens. No matter where you live, there are predators. They will come, in time. We have learned what works, and what doesn't. Unfortunately, that takes a lot of trial and error. Now we have around 20 hens and 1 rooster. That seems to be the best number for us. We have tried doing ...
