My physio rarely recommends complete rest, but it's a case of knowing what's going to help and what's going to hinder. Less gloomy as the right knee pain passed and i ran a sensibly paced and comfortable 8 miles at the weekend. No idea what that was all about. 16 December 2008 at 01:49. Friday, 21 November 2008. Run like the wind. Hi Muk Pup. ta for post. I know 2 other friends who did the rib thing and all say it was the most amazing pain whenever they tried to do anything. I broke/cracked one front and one back on two separate days - twice as nice! Worse thing was sneezing and the pain being so bad i went to casualty. The ankle literally added insult to injury - was i a "bit pissed off". Even if it isn't, its worth look. As you say - run like the wind. 22 November 2008 at 00:24.
