Property Owners Association (POA). The POA is an important part of the Sky Harbor experience. The Association's responsibilities include. Maintenance, repair and snow removal for the 35 miles of private, interior paved roads. Mowing and trash pick-up along the roadways. Maintenance of the club house, Sky Harbor Lodge. Sky Harbor Property Owners Association - FAQ's
Most of the dues are used for road maintenance and repair. There is also the electric street lights to pay for, mowing of the grass, trash pick up along the roadways, and snow removal. There are 35 miles of paved roads within the Sky Harbor Resort. There is an annual meeting held the first Saturday of August at the Club House. All are invited and encouraged to attend. It is at this annual meeting that the Board members are elected. Where can we obtain security lighting for our property?
