Co je Slow Food. Věříme, že být světovými znamená jíst místní potraviny. Umět si je vychutnat. Pozvat ke stolu rodinu a přátele. A nikam od něj nespěchat. Není to tak drahé a těžké, jak si myslíte. Brno má to štěstí, že je obklopeno tolika úrodnými regiony. Sotva hodinu do něj cestují víno. Z Podyjí, ovoce. Z Valašska, brambory. Z Vysočiny. Vše z toho svou kvalitou na hlavu porazí potraviny, které se trmácely přes půl světa, zmrazené a nasáklé konzervanty. Na stoly jižní Moravy. A tradic pomalého jídla.
