A while back, I decided to sign up for Tour de Frankenmuth. Two laps of a 16 mile course in Frankenmuth, MI. It would be my second ever bike road race! I didn't really train this winter or most of this spring. According to my workout log (aka Strava), I started working out more than once a week starting on April 27th. Lets do a quick recap leading up to this race.

I had an awful race at Cherry Roubaix, battled injury after injury, and didn't feel good again until September or October.
