I have a few patients who require additional set-up and break-down time and I am struggling to work this into my schedule without throwing off other parts of my schedule that are already established. Initially, I was annoyed that I was even thinking about it. I had taken a long weekend off, away from work, and so I was trying. To think about work. And then it all became very obvious. Breaks make me a better clinician! Why is it so hard to focus on researching patient histories? Where did I put that…I’ve been acting goofy all weekend. Whyyyy am I soooo busyyyyy?
