Is there anything new to say about living with Type 1 diabetes? Maybe not, but I'll try anyway. Wiping is Fun Again. I’ve always been a wiper. Pants, napkins, the dark material of my glucose meter case. Never anything normal like an actual alcohol swab. And I’ve never been a licker, although I have many friends who are. The Ups, Downs, and all Arounds……How I conquer Type 1 Diabetes with 4 kids and a busy lifestyle. About Sweet Lovinn’. 8220;Life Without Sugar”….in the eye’s of my daughter when she was 14. Sometimes I’ve often wondered if my kids really understand me and my disease. I have always done my best to be positive and make it so that they don’t have to worry about me. With all the pressures and peer influences they each deal with, worrying about me is the last thing I want for them to think about. March 27, 2014.

I did let myself have a couple treats on east...
