A Common Sense approach to the job. Another week in the world of first-responders and here are some of the things that caught my attention. The LA. Station fire. Is contained to about 60% ( yes it's still burning) and has been determined to be caused by Arson. Just following it through the media, I couldn't help but think how hard it must be physically and mentally to operate at these types of fires. I hear so many people romanticizing rubber coats that I need to add my 2 cents. . 160;When new they were extremely uncomfortable but once broken in you got used to them. Easy to get on, a few snaps, the clips and you were all set. When wet they would dry quickly. As long as you weren't somewhere you shouldn't be, they offered adequate protection.
