As luck would have it, I'm flying out tonight to spend a few days (without the kids or Brett) with Jordan and can do some fun shopping with her. Monday, February 3, 2014. 2014, Week Five. Vincent came over after school to play with us! Then we celebrated his birthday. Now that's an excited expression! Happy birthday, Vincent! No problem when you have train tracks. Dodgeball continues to be a well attended and fun church activity on Tuesday nights. Keegan, where did you get those Skittles? At the Seahawks rally! It was a very loud and energetic crowd who showed up to support our Seattle Seahawks. Mike Lewis's band played to the crowd's content.

Saturday, May 25, 2013. I guess it's about time I blogged. Hayden has been doing really well with Karate. He complains about it sometimes, but really likes his sensei's and has fun at class. He even won 3rd place in sparring at the tournament this year. We went to Moab in April and it was really nice. We didn't do much hiking but it was good weather and nice to relax. Thursday, October 6, 2011. I am starting a diet and exercise routine again. I have done really well so far not gaining back a lot of weight, but that 5 pounds I did gain is now sticking and going up! I have been eating a lot of sugar again and just recently, with it getting dark so soon and now the cold, I have stopped exercising. Now my pants are tight and it's time to get serious! Saturday, July 16, 2011. Ok It is all over. I LOVED the movie! It is heart wrenching to realize all that Snape has sacrificed for love. This is ultimately a story about love. Not your typical love story, even with all the magic and unbelievable creatures in the world of Harry Potter, it is more real than any other love story I have read or seen. It is about pure and deep emotion. Something Voldemort did not possess and something you must have to really live! Watching "Harry Potter" grow up!

Sunday, February 5, 2012. Tomorrow my training for the SLC 1/2 Marathon begins! 10 weeks, no soda, no sweets and lots of carbs!
