Totally out of control and loving it. Tuesday, March 21, 2006. Suburban mom vows to lose weight, again. It's true. I've started a 30-minute walking routine first thing every morning. I've lasted six entire days. How long will I be able to keep this up? If my past is any indication, I'll be back to sleeping in by April. I burn a whopping 133 calories per workout. Now that I'm back, I'm realizing a lot has happened in Michigan since the end of February. In other words, I don't want to kill myself every time I look out a window. First off, my crocuses are blooming. Well, at least the ones not eaten by moles or squirrels. (OK, there are only four blooms, but I'll take what I can get.). Man, I do miss summer.
