Saturday, February 9, 2013. Great news from the Sheet in Mammoth. Posted on 05 February 2013. Tags: Mammoth Lakes news. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) reported Thursday that petroglyph panels taken from the Volcanic Tableland north of Bishop in late 2012 have been recovered. Sunday, October 14, 2012. Morning at Weir Pond. Weir Pond is a magical place but I have struggled to capture it in a way that I like or reflected the image that I wanted to create. Its a difficult place t o shoot because you cannot walk around freely as the marshland is flooded, being in a canyon there is a wide range of light , and there ere a lot of people around.
