Using my powers for awesome! We had a really great Thanksgiving this year. Usually we get to celebrate twice, with both of our families, but this year Nathan's parents are out of town, so it was just my family. Dave and Julie hosted at their house, and it was so wonderful. There were 13 adults and 11 children, and food enough for at least twice that! Nathan (always, always). Our two sons who amaze and amuse me every single day. Tuesday, November 17, 2009. When There's A Smile In Your Heart! I have mixed emotions about Peter Pan. It was a couple of months ago when James noticed the movie playing at the JC Penny Portrait Studio. He was immediately attracted to Captain Hook because he has a fondness for pirates. So, I told Jeff that we should order Peter Pan from Netflix and see if James was entertained by it. Well, he was not only entertained, he was MESMERIZED! What could be better? Little Ms. Diamond Bar 1977. She is a sweetie!

Tuesday, November 18, 2008. Lake Tahoe - Oct. '08. We had a wonderful getaway to Lake Tahoe at the end of October with Grandparents. Our days were filled with exploring the shoreline, and picking up pine cones that were not too "sappy". Skipping rocks on the lake. We took in the fall colors and had fun playing in the copious piles of leaves at the Capital Building in Carson City.
