Fundamental of Soft Matter. 一般來說軟物質是泛指物質間作用力小, 結構型態與功能會受微小擾動影響的物質,如膠體粒子,液晶,高分子,兩性分子膜與各種生物分子等。這類物質因為易受外界作用影響控制,所以能展示出多樣化的功能,例如液晶與電子紙等。 軟物質研究也是生物系統與物理工程系統的結合,因為這類物質的自組裝與動態響應不但在奈米科學,生醫檢測,與物理基礎科學領域都扮演重要角色,也是未來材料發展的重要方向。 本課程將涵蓋軟物質領域的基礎知識與目前研究進展,課程以授課,實例與討論交替進行。 這門課程由熱擾動, 膠體粒子, 高分子等的基礎的原理介紹開始, 在介紹完基礎物理機制以後,以材料應用上與生物上的實例來說明這些原理怎麼應用到多樣的軟物質上,希望經由結合理論與實際實驗系統來培養對軟物質整體的認識。 訂閱: 文章 (Atom). 超分子組裝控制 Tuning the amphiphilicity of Building Bloc. 細胞變形的研究方法 Studied methods of cellular deformabilit.
