Today is my 1-year work anniversary. Yes, if you’re doing the math right now, I got pregnant literally a week into my new job. Today is my first official day in my new role. Yep, I got a promotion. On the Table {Our Weekly Dinners}. Lincoln at 3 months. January 3, 2015. Our sweet boy turned 3 months old on January 1. Hard to believe yet it feels like he’s been a part of our family forever. I still get the occasional “holy crap we have a SON” thing but less so than when he was first born. No clue how much he weighs or how long he is. At his 2 month check he was 11 lbs., 12 oz. and his next appt is at 4 months. My best guess? Me, the swing, chewing on his fists, hanging out on his changing table.

And Reese heading back to daycare, only this year she will be full time in the two year old class. Crisis averted. We kissed goodbye and as Ry and I walked out she was happily munching on her cereal bar. I mean, how many more years will she want me to do this, I thought. The second we walked in the school? She dropped my hand and walked 2 steps ahead of me.
