Psychotherapy is about providing individuals, couples and families with support in their efforts to understand their internal or external world and help create change where they feel it is needed. About Sophie Yost, M.A. Originally from France, I moved to the United States in 1996. Once here, I continued the marketing and project management career I had started in Europe. In 2003, I returned to school to pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a psychotherapist. This has been one of the most meaningful and satisfying decisions of my life. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. Family and Children Services. I work in private practice in Palo Alto.
