October 23, 2016. Paul's job takes him back to the US twice a year and this time, his parents asked if the kids could join. The girls are so excited about seeing their old stomping grounds and, of course, friends and family. The best books I read in 2016. December 31, 2016. This should become required reading for all Americans. A Gentleman in Moscow. I escaped to this book the week of the US presidential election. It was the best kind of immersive experience. The titular character is one I'll never forget. I picked up this book during Thanksgiving break and promptly devoured the 600 pages in two days.
