Monday, April 12, 2010. Phase 1 Day 1. Alright, this is it. I'm just about overweight. I got to lose it before this body goes totally out of control. At this moment my BMI is 24.99. I have tried all different kinds of diet. After listening to the audio book, "South Beach Diet", borrowed from the local library, I'm willing to give this a try. I think this one will work for me. Tuesday, April 13, 2010. Day 2 Phase 2. I woke up this am feeling hungry. It was 6:30am. I sure didn't feel like making an egg omelete at that time. So, instead, I made my morning cup of Joe, went to the pantry and ate 5 almonds. At around 8:30am, I did my body test and found out my BMI is now 24.67. a 1.5 lb drop.I'll take that!
