Special Needs Rescue Services, Inc. is a federally licensed 501(c)3 private foundation dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of special needs pets and others that are left behind. All rehomed pets go to private home environments. I can also offer advice on pet problems although I am not a veterinarian or professional dog trainer.
