De Scootmobielen Bloementoertocht gaat weer rijden! De Stichting Platform gehandicaptenbeleid Noordwijkerhout (SPGN) organiseert op dinsdag 28 april a.s. voor de zesde maal de Scootmobielen Bloementoertocht. Iedereen die gebruik maakt van een scootmobiel kan aan de tocht van ongeveer 25 km door onze prachtige Bollenstreek deelnemen. Voor de tocht kunt u zich aanmelden met het inschrijfformulier of bij:. Sinds 15 jaar zijn wij van de SPGN ( Stichting Platform Gehandcaptenbeleid Noordwijkerhout) bezig met het meepraten over het gehandicaptenbeleid in noordwijkerhout. Dit doen wij d.m.v. regelmatige gesprekken met de gemeente,maar ook d.m.v. bijeenkomsten van belangengroeperingen. De SPGN bestaat uit een enthousiaste, kleine groep mensen,die zelf ook te maken hebben met een handicap. Het probleem is echter,dat de achterban zo onzichtbaar is! De Stichting Platform Gehandicaptenbeleid Noordwijkerhout (in het vervolg SPGN) is gericht op plaatselijke beleidsontwikkeling ten behoeve van mensen met een handicap. Het platform probeert een beleid te bewerkstelligen van gemeente en dienstverlenende instanties, waarin rekening wordt gehouden met de beperkingen die mensen met een handicap in de praktijk ervaren.
